Perfect little escape!

We loved chilling by the pool with a drink from the bar! The staff were super friendly, making us feel right at home. We even took out a kayak and explored the area a bit. Just wish there was better water pressure in the shower. The food at the restaurant was pretty good too, especially the packed lunches for our day trips.

What makes it worth it – and what doesn’t

The beautiful pool and breathtaking sunsets, along with exceptional staff service, created a tranquil escape. The resort's isolation offers unparalleled serenity, even with Coron town just a short boat ride away.

Clarification on room amenities is critical. we assumed air conditioning was standard. A few maintenance issues diminished the experience slightly, from basic cold showers to the absence of mosquito nets.

The pool view was amazing, but my room had ants everywhere.

The local cakes at breakfast were an absolute delight, and the secluded island gives you a perfect vibe to chill. Plus, the spacious rooms offer a cozy hideaway away from the hustle of town.

While no sandy beaches here, and power outages can be a nuisance, the beauty of the island still shines, even if dodging the occasional pup’s droppings adds a bit of adventure to your strolls.

The stunning view was the highlight! 🌅 Clean rooms & helpful staff, but beware, meals can take almost an hour if not pre-ordered. Definitely a remote getaway worth returning to!

The native island cottages offer a cozy stay, and the free boat service to town is a convenient perk. They have kayaks available for rent, letting you explore the surroundings at your leisure.

The rooms could use some attention. I noticed a lack of proper closure on several doors, and the insect situation was a bit messy. Expect the food prices to be inflated considering the portions served, and the pool definitely needs some re-tiling. The location requires a tedious trek through the forest or a boat ride, so you might want to plan your trips accordingly. coming back at night over an unlit bamboo bridge isn't ideal. Plus, the shower pressure leaves much to be desired.

The beachfront sunset villas provide breathtaking views, stepping right onto the soft sand. The staff are exceptional, making sure every need is met, while the restaurant's offerings, including delicious bagels, are delightful throughout the day. The location is remote yet breathtaking, with options for snorkeling and island hopping, though the proximity to town presents a more isolated feel than expected. The pool, while nice, could be larger for those seeking more swimming space.

the discovery was a peaceful getaway. the boat ride to the hotel was fun and easy, with staff who were always ready to help. i enjoyed the pool area with its great view and found the food to be reasonably priced, considering the remote location.
